WOODCARVING of the Internationally know HITTY doll is a new addition to this site. The dolls are carved, painted and clothed by hand and in the same manner as the original HITTY doll.
Vintage WELSH LOVE SPOON is another part of the products hand crafted by COUSINS ORIGINALS.
The carved item most requested by popular demand are the little 1.5" wooden GUIDING SPIRIT ANGEL pins ... 6 different styles, each with a different Blessings

PYROGRAPHY is the unique art of engraving and shading, which include dots and dashes, on multiple surfaces with a hot tool, sometimes called Poker Work. This method of Ancient Art results in graphics that are most pleasing to the eye.

We 'BURN' beautiful original designs on VINGATE SEWING items, such as Spools, Thimbles, Darning Mushrooms and Needle holders ... all collectibles. Commissions accepted Pyrographic art on wooden MAGNETS are also a very popular, usable item.  We do commissions for these as well.
Pictures are pyro-engraved on small wooden KEEPSAKE BOXES, as well as on WOODEN PLAQUES, WOODEN SPOONS, heavy water color PAPER and from time to time even on Canvas and Leather.
GOURD ART, all hand drawn designs completed with the PYROGRAPHIC ART method, are extremely interesting, unique and popular. See www.GourdsGalore.com to appreciate this fine art on Nature's most beautiful canvas's. There are containers, vases, center pieces and more!
NATURE continues to play a part when it comes to pressing the flora and fauna to put in hand made, heat laminated, Book markers and Wallet cards. These contain messages of inspiration as well as the generic wishes of "Happy Birthday", "Congratulations", "Best Wishes", etc.  Commissions are welcome, from an individual piece to party or promotional groups.
ORIGAMI is yet another item of great popularity . Our Origami Greeting/Note cards   have a generic wish on the front just under an Origami rosette with contrasting background. A must for everyone since all you do is put a wee bit of a note inside and mail. Again, special commissions can be made to personalize these cards, including your name and address.
ORIGAMI Christmas Ornaments, made of both paper and dollar bills, are also available. Local classes available soon.
ACEO, ATC, Altered Art, Collectors Art Cards have been added to our listing as well. These range from the world popular HITTY DOLL to Antique Photos.

VINTAGE SEWING ITEMS:
Wooden THIMBLES are very collectible, as are wooden spools, darners, needle holders and other wooden sewing notions. The ones we enhance at COUSINS ORIGINALS are hand drawn, pyro-engraved, colored and lacquered. We may use simular designs from time to time but due to the nature of the hand work and the unpredictability of the wood, no two will ever be the same.
Commissions are welcome.
